i can't believe you clicked because of that headline, surely not??
so, this week saw the first tranche of bigmoose tees leave hq, and the pics you guys have been sending and putting on social media have shown you are a mighty fine looking bunch, and hopefully will stop people in their tracks all asking about what bigmoose is, so please direct them to the website, and more than anything encourage them to do a #monthlymoose.
next week with the help of kris king we are going to be putting some suggestions for #monthlymoose's you can try for yourselves on the website, so you can refer back to them, and even challenge yourself to try them all.
at the tail end of last week saw my mount manaslu and everest team leader russell brice join team moose, and any of you guys that have seen the discovery series on everest will recognise russ as the man in charge, or big boss as all of his team refer to him as, and i personally class russ as a very cerebral, caring, man whose preparation, and attention to detail in the mountains is amazing, so to have russ want to be part of bigmoose made me very proud, and if you have a spare five minutes check him out on wiki, he's a bit of a dude.
also joining us this week is duncan hyde from cotswold outdoor, who i cycled from cardiff to carmarthen with recently, and when duncan sent me his bio i loved it "i like running, trees, forests and all things outdoors. i'm also coming around to the idea of people"
top geezer! welcome aboard duncan.
duncan has also confirmed that cotswold are going to be giving a monthly prize for the best #monthlymoose you guys send us details of, so start getting creative, and tell us what you're up to.
cotswold are also going to be branding up our exciting black tie dinner and dance which incorporates our mountain art exhibition 'elevation' which you can find details of under the events tab, but if you fancy dressing up, having great food, amazing entertainment, free flowing alcohol, and dancing the night away, then book your tickets today, tables are selling very fast!

sales pitch over
I wanted to share a couple of videos this week with that have been put together by darren hardy, who i had the honour of going on a two and half day sales and marketing course with almost three years ago, where i learnt a tremendous amount.
darren is currently doing a free mentoring scheme called the darren daily, and every working day he sends a vt or audio clip that helps steer you along, and i recently saw the two clips i have attached below, and they helped me, and i thought they might help you, have a look and let me know what you think.
if you like them, darren can be found at http://www.darrenhardy.com/, and he has a wealth of great learning materials for business, and life in general, i hope you enjoy.
i love the 20 second idea, and have used it this week, see if you can do it today.
if you liked that one, you will love the next one.
darren is a really cool guy, and says lots of stuff that i wish i had said, so rather than plagiarise, i will share with you, and you can check him out, and if you contact him, tell him i said hi.
well thanks for checking in, and don't forget to keep in touch with your stories and pictures, and if this is your first time to the blog and you like it you can subscribe below.
so anyways, i'll be seeing ya,
